Munich, February 28, 2012 – ATOSS Software AG presents at ITB Berlin the new workforce management software ATOSS Hospitality Solution for the hotel and catering sector. With this step, the Munich based specialist for efficient workforce management is expanding its focus to an especially services intensive sector, where demand and cost optimized staff deployment ranks as a key success factor. The incremental and scalable product concept enables professional workforce management meeting all requirements - whether in system catering, business hotels or international hotel chains.

Rapid booking processes and short-term occupancy fluctuations present the hotel and catering sector with major challenges. The time and effort required for demand driven duty scheduling is tremendously high. In many cases, today's extensive planning input is irrelevant the next day. Thanks to the ATOSS Hospitality Solution hotel operators and caterers succeed in reconciling personnel cost optimization with the desired service quality levels.
