A team of genuine specialists

Customer Services & Support: at ATOSS, this means completing projects as a team - from installation and testing right up to user training and roll-out. Our consultants are all about finding the best solution by joining forces.

Our members of staff work with customers on a daily basis in one of the following three areas:

  • Our experienced professionals provide our customers with tailored consultancy services revolving around solutions for workforce scheduling and Workforce Management.
  • The Professional Services Team is the largest area within the department. Here, the focus is on professional planning and implementation of project business. Our service staff are experts at identifying and mapping customer requirements. They know the best way to employ ATOSS products and how a live project is managed. Service staff assist new customers with product introduction, provide detailed technical information and advise existing customers on new solutions.
  • Ten members of staff at our Customer Service Center in Munich are exclusively assigned to answering customer queries. Our support team is customer-focused, and is consistently dedicated to finding the most effective solutions at all times. Regular customer surveys accord us very good results in this respect.

Customer Services & Support is organized into seven regional teams at the Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Munich, Vienna and Timisoara locations. For the most part, staff members work for our customers out in the field four out of every five days. Collaborative partnership, initiative, responsibility and commitment are vital aspects of these activities.
