YOUR TASK:
    • We improve the efficiency of retailers, manufacturing companies, healthcare providers and other organizations of all sizes by more than 20%.
    • We achieve this by designing and digitizing complex workforce management processes for our Clients.
    • This leads to a verifiable increase in employee satisfaction and profit for our customers.
    • You start your career@ATOSS with a 30-day training at ATOSS Academy in our headquarter in Munich, where you deep-dive into our customers' processes and success stories.
    • After this training period, you join your team located in Utrecht. Together with experienced colleagues, you start approaching and visiting prospects. You will gain insights on the prospects situation by analyzing complex processes and by asking the right questions. This will gradually build the trust that is necessary for a strategic software investment.
    • Your goal is to build your own customer base and network by contacting decision-makers at C-Level. We focus on quality rather than quantity.
    • At ATOSS it is all about fair and achievable targets in combination with an attractive package for over-performance.
    • The position includes a nationwide travel activity.
YOUR CAPABILITIES:
    • Experience in selling software with a consultative approach
    • Experience in the acquisition of new customers
    • Bachelor degree, master preferred
    • Very good written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch
