    • Support in planning, preparing and implementing Projects
    • Responsibility for own projects and special ad-hoc requests from the Executive Board
    • Coordination and consolidation of inputs on certain Topics 
    • Appointment preparation 
    • Preparation and analysis of information, data and key figures as a basis for decision-making in English and German
    • Structuring, planning and control of internal processes 
    • Management of contract negotiation processes with partner companies
    • Preparation of correspondence and presentations of the management
    • Support of company management in all organisational and administrative tasks, such as planning, control and organisation of meetings and events, scheduling coordination
    • Coordination of network communication (X-Mas, birthday, etc.)
    • Above-average degree, preferably in economics, law or business informatics
    • First professional experience in a comparable activity
    • Experience in an international environment or in a global corporation
    • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
    • Very good PC skills (especially MS-Office: Excel, PowerPoint)
    • High willingness to perform, initiative and independence
    • Reliable, trustworthy, purposeful and responsible 
    • Structured and independent working methods as well as analytical skills and problem-solving competence 
    • High degree of pragmatism 
    • Absolute discretion and loyality
    • Communicative and professional appearance at all hierarchical levels
