North German drug store chain places key emphasis on customer service

The ATOSS Retail Solution will also be making valuable contributions in this context. The Workforce Management software will replace a proprietary solution. It comprises modules for time and attendance management, workforce forecasting and workforce scheduling. Employees are actively integrated into the planning process: based on the requirements determined, the system generates a quantitative and qualitative duty plan - without the specific assignment of individual members of staff. According to these requirements employees enter their names independently and on their own responsibility into the duty plan; the final monitoring and planning approval is conducted by the respective superiors. "Our decision in favor of ATOSS is based on the company's sound economic position, the outstanding industry know-how and numerous references, as well as the fact that our require-ments were best met by ATOSS," as Werner Sixt, project manager at BUDNIKOWSKY underlined.
