Keen to be able to offer customers even better service, the successful company has opted for demand-driven workforce scheduling and is implementing the cloud-based ATOSS Retail Solution in its centrally managed stores in Germany. Branch managers and their deputies will receive their induction through on-site seminars and e-learning. Branch managers are not only impressed with the functionality, but also the modern interactive design of the solution. Ongoing tests are now ascertaining how the 280 German franchise partners with their 750 branches can participate efficiently in the workforce management solution. The international rollout of the ATOSS solution is also being considered.
