Location Utrecht (Netherlands) | Permanent position

YOUR TASK SCOPE:
    • Responsible for all sales and business development activities in the Dutch market 
    • Consult clients in Workforce Management related processes
    • Establishing and maintaining successful partnerships with prospects / clients
    • Building up and further developing our customer relations on decision maker levels
    • Development and implementation of individual customer strategies
YOUR CAPABILITIES:
    • Degree in the STEM subjects area or economic sciences
    • A minimum of 3 years of vocational experience with proven track record in strategy-/IT process Consulting
    • Knowledge in process Consulting and process analysis
    • Excellent communication capabilities as well as customer oriented thinking and acting
    • Analytical capabilities, rapid comprehension and strong implementation competence
    • High Level of sales affinity in previous consulting practice
    • Fluency in English and Dutch
