Customer Support Specialist - Dutch Speaker (m/f)
Location Timisoara | Permanent position
- After an initial training phase, you will support our
Customer Support Team through the following activities: - Managed Services Support, that means being a part
in handling the installed ATOSS Solution - Communication with customers by phone and email
to coordinate necessary activities - Analyze process and document our customer’s problems
and inquiries - Occasional business trips to Munich
- Technical affinity, experience in IT is a plus
- Attention to customer and service orientation
- Handling and solving managed services issues, while
adhering to defined processes - Team skills and willingness to learn
- Good Dutch and English communication skills, both
written and verbal - This is a entry position with very good further development
