The Role
We are searching for an IT-Service & Delivery Specialist (m/f/d) to enhance business cloud applications, define processes, and support CI/CD and agile project management. The role involves working with stakeholders to improve systems like Salesforce, SAP, and JIRA, with a focus on Salesforce administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in a business minded team that implements projects and further enhance different business cloud applications such as our Travel Management System (SAP Concur), -Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP byDesign), -Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce), -Human Capital Management (SAP SuccessFactors), -JIRA/Confluence, -MS365, MSOffice365, MS Sharepoint etc.
- Defining business and release processes and drive best practices for CI/CD process analyses
- Continuously develop roadmaps for the team of project managers
- Support internal and external stakeholders
Key Requirements
- You have a completed vocational training in the field of computer science or studied in a similar field
- Good understanding of CI/CD deployment processes, business processes and agile project management
- Experience with business processes in the field of different business applications (JIRA, Salesforce, SAP) and their respective Support
- Clear, analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Ideally experience with Azure DevOps
- Very good English skills (spoken and written)
