WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • A comprehensive start: You’ll kick off with a 5-week onboarding program where you’ll get to know our company, workforce management topics (time tracking, workforce planning), and our software products.
  • Responsibility for our customers our mid-market solution
  • Proactively engage ith your customers and build a strong networt
  • Analyze customer needs and identify potential areas for improvement
  • Consultative Selling: Use your expertise in business processes and workforce management to convince champions and decision-makers of the benefits and ROI of our solutions
  • Conduct high-quality software presentations and analyses. Showcase tailored solutions, not just features
  • Drive cross- and upselling with revenue responsibility, including module or location expansions and cloud transformation projects
  • Collaborate closely with consulting, product management, and other internal teams
  • Benefit from our sales training programs (e.g., SPIN, presentation skills, legal aspects, negotiation) to level up your skills

YOUR SKILLS:

  • At least 1.5 years of experience in SaaS sales
  • Proven experience presenting customized software solutions to clients
  • Technical affinity, a quick grasp of concepts, and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • A willingness to learn, enthusiasm, and strong team spirit
  • Fluency in German and strong proficiency in English
