YOUR TASKS

  • Drive the innovation and development of cloud-native workforce management products to actively shape our product vision and strategy, acting as a key liaison amongst various stakeholders, external (customers) and internal stakeholders (sales, customer service, development).
  • Collaborate with our UX/UI team to ensure technical feasibility and intuitive operation, following our 'mobile first' approach for app design and development. 
  • Own the product backlog, prioritizing various requirements to align with business goals and stakeholder needs. 
  • Create comprehensive specifications for new features, incl. user tests and user stories while following agile methodologies and best practices for requirements engineering. 
  • Plan the further development of products and releases, creating and communicating strategic product roadmaps to stakeholders. 
  • Prepare and conduct internal product trainings for the Sales, Implementation, and Customer Service teams, collaborating with your teammates to ensure effective knowledge transfer. 
  • Continuously refine product management processes to level up efficiency and effectiveness. 

YOUR CAPABILITIES

Must-have

  • Degree (university/Fach Hochschule) in a relevant technical field, e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Informatics (or other engineering subjects)
  • You are curious. You enjoy discussions with engineers, take the initiative in problem-solving and possess a solid technical foundation relevant to software development.
  • Customer and user-orientated thinking and strong analytical skills. Able to dissect complex requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications for software development.
  • You are reliable, with experience guiding projects from inception to implementation, and the ability to overcome challenges and deliver results on time and within budget
  • 3+ years of B2B software product management (or comparable) experience, with a proven track record of implementing innovative solutions or improving existing processes.
  • Fluency in German and English.

Great-to-have

  • Experience with Agile project management tools (such as JIRA and Confluence) in creating and maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, managing sprints, effective collaboration with others, etc.
  • You are skilled in engaging audiences with your presentation abilities, incl. effective storytelling, impactful data visualization, appealing slide design.
  • Understanding of GDPR principles, specifically concerning data subject rights, data processing activities, and data security measures. Familiarity with common IT security concepts (e.g., authentication, authorization).
