As a key player, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and engaging with potential leads. You’ll collaborate across teams and borders, with opportunities to travel to our European offices, all while being part of a dynamic sales process targeting mid-market clients (up to 100 employees). What you can expect:
- Conduct market research to identify and approach new prospects, qualifying potential leads along the way
- Initiate contact with prospects through various channels including phone, email, and social media to comprehensively address their Workforce Management needs
- Arrange and participate in initial discovery calls with prospects to assess their requirements and challenges
- Work closely with Account Executives to seamlessly transition qualified leads into the sales cycle
- Career advancement with the possibility of transitioning into an Account Executive role after a certain period
What you bring to the table:
- First Sales Experience: Although prior experience in business development or sales development is advantageous, we also encourage those with internship experience to apply, provided they have a strong enthusiasm for sales and a desire to learn
- Strong self-motivation, a "hunting mentality", and passion for conquering challenges.
- Successfully completed degree or apprenticeship
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Technical Affinity: While experience with tools like Outreach, Sales Navigator, and Salesforce is a plus, we welcome candidates who are tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems and platforms
