WHAT TO EXPECT:
A comprehensive start: You’ll kick off with a 5-week onboarding program where you’ll get to know our company, workforce management topics (time tracking, workforce planning), and our software products.
Responsibility for our customers our mid-market solution
Proactively engage ith your customers and build a strong networt
Analyze customer needs and identify potential areas for improvement
Consultative Selling: Use your expertise in business processes and workforce management to convince champions and decision-makers of the benefits and ROI of our solutions
Conduct high-quality software presentations and analyses. Showcase tailored solutions, not just features
Drive cross- and upselling with revenue responsibility, including module or location expansions and cloud transformation projects
Collaborate closely with consulting, product management, and other internal teams
Benefit from our sales training programs (e.g., SPIN, presentation skills, legal aspects, negotiation) to level up your skills
YOUR SKILLS:
At least 1.5 years of experience in SaaS sales
Proven experience presenting customized software solutions to clients
Technical affinity, a quick grasp of concepts, and strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
A willingness to learn, enthusiasm, and strong team spirit
Fluency in German and strong proficiency in English
