Tommy Hilfiger goes ATOSS

Premium fashion label introduces the ATOSS Retail Solution across Europe

Tommy Hilfiger, the international fashion and lifestyle company has opted for Workforce Management based on the ATOSS Retail Solution. Initially, the software will be implemented at around 70 of the company's own stores and outlets in Germany. This will be followed by implementation in Austria, Switzerland and Poland. The aim of the project is to consistently gear employee deployment and management to customer footfall and further enhance the company's service and customer care quality.

Following a detailed process and requirements analysis at the Tommy Hilfiger headquarters in Amsterdam, ATOSS prevailed over the international competition. The aim of the fashion chain store operator and wholesale provider is to optimize service quality, while trimming personnel and administration costs at the same time.
