Customer Support Specialist Dutch Speaker (m/f)

Location Timisoara | Permanent position

    After an initial training phase, you will support our Customer Support Team through the following activities:
      • Managed Services Support, that means being a part in handling the installed ATOSS Solution
      • Communication with customers by phone and email to coordinate necessary activities
      • Analyze process and document our customer’s problems and inquiries
      • Occasional business trips to Munich
    • Technical affinity, experience in IT is a plus
    • Attention to customer and service orientation
    • Handling and solving managed services issues, while adhering to defined processes
    • Team skills and willingness to learn
    • Good Dutch and English communication skills, both written and verbal
