General Data Protection Regulation

The new General Data Protection Regulation has been in force since May 25, 2018

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) defines which data protection requirements apply to the processing of personal details, including by companies. The new regulation provides for comprehensive duties of documentation and verification, strict registration regulations and fines of up to 20 million euros in the case of infringements. This presents companies with major challenges in some areas and a not inconsiderable administrative workload. Unfortunately, we are unable to spare you the task of specifically implementing the regulation in your company, but we do have one piece of good news for our existing customers and potential new ones.

All software solutions from ATOSS Software AG already meet the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation.

We are therefore your reliable partner supporting you in all ATOSS product-related GDPR issues. We have also provided our customers with a special GDPR White Paper which contains comprehensive information and instructions such as how to carry out a data protection impact assessment.
