ATOSS is awarded once again. Trade journal Handelsblatt and Munich Strategy select us as one of the Top 10 German SMEs 2020. We are in 9th place – up two notches from last year. More than 4,000 German companies with a turnover of 10 million to one billion were examined.


Two other issues that are vital for us:
ATOSS is among the 1,600 companies worldwide to be honored as a top employer. And as a member of the Diversity Charter, we support a culture of togetherness, acceptance and diversity in practice.

ATOSS continues to grow. We open our location in Osnabrück and welcome our 500th employee.


And we are pleased to welcome the state capital of Munich as a new customer.

 

Highrise One Meilensteine

New headquarters. HIGHRISE one in the Werksviertel at Munich's Ostbahnhof will become our new corporate headquarters at the beginning of 2018.


This year will also see the launch of the revolutionary Staff Center. The self-service tool convinces with an excellent user experience, puristic design and is simply fun to use on a daily basis. 

SAP Kooperation Meilensteine

ATOSS and SAP Germany are cooperating. The goal is a cloud platform that maps all relevant HR processes of a company. To this end, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central will be linked to the ATOSS Staff Efficiency Suite via an interface. For SAP users, the entire world of ATOSS will open up without system boundaries.

Crewmeister Meilensteine

Starting signal for Crewmeister. Our start-up ATOSS Aloud is launching a time recording solution for companies with up to 50 employees. Immediately available, easy-to-use and inexpensive. Now we have a suitable solution for every company size and every requirement. Mission completed!


In addition, our solutions are now not only available on premises, but also in the cloud. In view of the positive reactions of our customers, we are floating on cloud nine.

ATOSS is one of the 30 fastest-growing companies in Germany - according to a long-term study by Börse Online.

In addition, our internationalisation continues to progress. Following branches in Austria, Switzerland and Romania, we are opening our location in Utrecht.

We are opening up our enterprise solution for SAP users! From now on, they can use their SAP solution and at the same time plan and control their staff deployment in a demand-, service- and cost-optimised way - without compromising on functionality.

Top Produkt Handel 2009 Meilensteine

We are opening up our enterprise solution for SAP users! From now on, they can use their SAP solution The readers of the trade journal handelsjournal have decided what practice proves: Workforce Management is becoming a success strategy in retail. Our industry solution receives the award "Top Product Retail 2009" (Gold) in the category Process Optimisation. The next award will follow directly in 2010.

The 5th generation of the ATOSS Staff Efficiency Suite marks the start of a new strategic orientation: The Business Services module enables the open interaction of our software with external applications. This opens up new perspectives for our customers in terms of company-wide process optimisation for their employees.

Timisoara Meilensteine

ATOSS opens a new location in Timisoara, Romania, with the aim of expanding the development team.

ATOSS stock is admitted to the Prime Standard of the German Stock Exchange.


This year, ALDI SÜD also opted for ATOSS workforce management. 

Kreativpreis Meilenstein

Lower costs, better patient care, more favorable working conditions. The Ingolstadt Clinic and ATOSS receive the 2002 Creative Award bestowed by the Bund der Steuerzahler in Bayern e.V. (Association of Taxpayers in Bavaria). Our IT project features in the media as "The Miracle of Ingolstadt". Germany’s ARD and ZDF channels report on this achievement. 

Börsengang Meilenstein

ATOSS goes public. The high expectations of the IPO are fulfilled. Our goal is clearly defined: We want to rank among the top three in the market. Today we are one of the most successful companies in our sector.


ATOSS acquires CSD Systemhaus GmbH in Cham. 

New sales offices open in Vienna and Zurich. In addition, ATOSS is renamed as ATOSS Software AG.

We were the first company in the industry to base our web client entirely on JAVA. That took a lot of developer power – but was well worth the effort.

With a great deal of innovative and pioneering spirit, ATOSS is competing against the big players in the industry – and successfully. Deutsche Bahn, one of our first major customers, is still relying on our solutions today. Bayer AG also opts for ATOSS and becomes one of the most important customers in the early years.
