Toys "R" Us was founded in the USA in 1948 and ranks today as globally operating toy company. The chain store currently maintains 65 specialist outlets in Germany, 9 in Switzerland and 15 in Austria. HR processes concerning time & attendance and workforce scheduling were scrutinized as part of a comprehensive analysis. Toys "R" Us was highly impressed by the optimization potential identified in the workshops and the performance capability of the ATOSS workforce management solution. A key criterion in the decision to opt for ATOSS was also its high level of process expertise in the retail sector.

The ATOSS solution will be deployed in sales, administration and logistics. The roll-out will commence in the first quarter 2015 in Germany, while Switzerland will be included in a second implementation phase.
