The Role 

We guide our clients through complex challenges in process optimization, change management, and organizational development – with one clear goal: delivering real value and sustainable solutions. 

Join our passionate Consulting Team as a Consultant Organizational Transformation and HR Strategy (m/f/d) and drive organizational change and HR innovation at our customers.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead and support challenging client projects—from short consulting engagements to multi-year transformations. 
  • Manage 3–5 projects in parallel, working in client teams of 2–3 consultants. 
  • Design and moderate effective workshops—mostly on-site—to drive meaningful change. 
  • Advise clients from diverse industries (logistics, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, and more) across all organizational levels, including executive leadership. 
  • Deliver process optimization, digital transformation, and organizational development projects in HR environments. 
  • Balance remote collaboration (approx. 70%) with regular on-site client work to foster close partnerships. 


Key Requirements
 

  • A completed master’s degree, ideally an MBA or doctorate. 
  • 1–3 years of experience in management consulting or a comparable role. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights. 
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken. 
  • Additional language skills in French, Dutch, or Swedish are a plus. 
  • Willingness to travel 30–60%, primarily within the DACH region.
