The Role 

Are you passionate about bridging the gap between technology and customer needs?

As a Solution Engineer (m/f/d), you'll play a key role in understanding our clients' processes, identifying their unique requirements, and transforming them into our tailored software solutions. You'll work closely with Sales, Product Management, and Consulting teams to deliver value-driven solutions that make a real impact. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Act as the primary contact for technical and functional inquiries, developing innovative solutions for complex customer challenges. 
  • Support the sales process as a trusted advisor, building strong and lasting relationships with prospects and clients. 
  • Conduct high-quality workshops (both virtual and on-site) to analyze customer needs and present tailored software solutions beyond basic feature demonstrations. 
  • Collaborate with Product Management to stay ahead of market trends and ensure our solutions meet evolving customer demands. 
  • Assist in the preparation of RFPs/RFIs and provide expert consultation during proposal processes. 
  • Contribute to the team's success by sharing your expertise and fostering creative solutions. 


Key Requirements
 

  • Successfully completed degree or vocational training in an IT-related field.  
  • Experience with ATOSS software as a user or key user beneficial. 
  • Strong interest in digitalization, software solutions, and process optimization. 
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in both German and English. 
  • High service orientation and a structured, solution-focused approach to work. 
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 2–3 days per week).
