The Role
We are expanding our international business, with a focus on France and are looking for a Senior Account Executive to grow our french market. In this position, you will take full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation to contract signing, with a strong focus on large accounts. Expand our market presence by actively contributing to our growth in the French market, with a strong focus on large accounts.

Drive strategic team building by developing and implementing a strategy for growth in France, including recruiting, building, and mentoring a high-performing sales team.

Engage proactively with decision-makers by demonstrating a strong approach to drive sales. Work closely with marketing, SDR teams, and partners to align efforts and maximize market impact.

Navigate the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing, with a focus on acquiring new customers. Build a robust pipeline and guide prospects through every stage of the sales cycle while emphasizing return on investment.
Key Requirements

Extensive sales experience with 7 to 15 years of proven success in B2B large account sales, including at least 2 years specifically in SaaS sales.

Language proficiency with fluency in French (C2 level) and a strong command of English at a business level or higher.

Digital savvy with enthusiasm for digitalization and technology trends, combined with the ability to adapt quickly to evolving market dynamics.

Willingness to travel regularly within France and occasionally internationally to meet clients and partners.

High performance with a demonstrated track record as a top performer, consistently exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional results.

Client relationship management with exceptional ability to build trust, act as a strategic advisor, foster long-term relationships with enterprise clients, and deliver tailored solutions.
