The Role
Our passionate marketing team is looking for a Field Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to drive demand generation across European markets. In this role, you’ll take ownership of campaign design, strategy and execution – turning market insights into compelling messages and measurable results. Working closely with Sales and Product teams, you’ll make sure our brand reaches the right audience with the right story, at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive market expansion across all European locations and define go-to-market marketing strategy.
- Plan and execute innovative integrated campaigns for demand and lead generation.
- Manage the full campaign lifecycle, from concept to execution.
- Create compelling content for various channels and adapt messaging to different audiences.
- Analyze campaign data, measure success, and optimize strategies to optimize conversion.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align initiatives and drive results.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in the IT or software industry.
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Experience in developing campaign strategies that connect market insights, audience needs, and business goals into coherent and impactful marketing initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German (written and spoken).
- Hands-on mindset, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
