The Role
As a Technical Product Manager you will drive the development of innovative cloud-native software products in the area of workforce management as an interface between external and internal stakeholders, optimize processes and conduct trainings.
Key Responsibilities
- You drive the development of innovative cloud-native software products in the area of workforce management as an interface between external and internal stakeholders (e.g. customer, sales team, customer services team and development)
- As a product owner, you are the first point of contact for the SCRUM development team in all product-specific questions. You manage the product back-log and prioritize the requirements according to their business value.
- You use requirement engineering and create specifications for new features incl. user stories and acceptance criteria
- You ensure the technical feasibility and intuitive operation together with our product design team
- In collaboration with the Strategic Product Manager you plan the further development of the products
- You prepare and conduct internal product training for the Sales and Customer Services team and carry them out
- You continuously optimize the processes in product management processes and ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Key Requirements
- Completed technical university degree, e.g. (business or media) computer science
- Several years of professional experience in B2B software product management and enthusiasm for innovative technologies
- Experience in agile development (e.g. SCRUM, KANBAN), ideally as a product owner
- Experience in the use of JIRA/Confluence
- The definition and use of REST APIs are familiar to you
- Your personality is defined by curiosity and reliability
- Strong analytical competence, initiative and a sound technical background are your strengths
- The presentation skills you possess attract the attention of the public
- An understanding of the protection of personal data in the context of the GDPR and IT security mechanisms will help you in your role
- Customer and user-oriented thinking as well as a good grasp and high implementation skills
- Very good command of written and spoken English, knowledge of German is also a considerable advantage
