The Role
As part of our Payroll team, you take responsibility for personnel cost reporting, support audits, and contribute to accurate payroll accounting. This role is a great fit if you have initial experience in tax or accounting and are ready to grow in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements related to personnel costs
- Support the organization and management of audits within the area of personnel costs
- Ensure high-quality financial reporting and compliance with internal controls
- Administer and support company benefits and occupational pension schemes
- Contribute to special projects and support the Payroll team with ad hoc topics
Key Requirements
- Completed commercial training, ideally as a Tax Clerk (Steuerfachangestellte/r)
- 1–2 years of professional experience in an accounting or tax consulting environment
- Experience with accounting software (preferably SAP ByDesign)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong interest in the intersection of payroll and accounting
- Self-motivated, reliable, and discreet with a team-oriented mindset
- Fluent in German, good command of English
