The Role
Are you a proactive and analytical Revenue Operations expert who enjoys turning data into actionable insights and driving impact across the sales organization?
Then join our team as a Revenue Operations Manager (m/f/d) and shape the foundation for strategic sales decisions. You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize processes, maintain data integrity, and support scalable growth through forecasting, performance analysis, and CRM excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to regional sales leaders, delivering data-driven insights and operational support to drive sales performance.
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting in collaboration with Sales and Finance by leveraging data and tracking opportunities in real time.
- Maintain clean opportunity data and healthy pipeline tracking to ensure revenue predictability and lifecycle visibility.
- Support territory planning and headcount/quota setting with data-driven analyses aligned to business goals.
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional revenue operations projects to improve processes, tools, and data structures.
- Manage Salesforce hierarchy and user structures, ensuring alignment with organizational and sales processes.
- Create and optimize dashboards and performance reports to monitor sales activity, pipeline health, and conversion rates.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce (CRM logic, reporting, automation).
- Solid experience in forecasting, quota planning, and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Salesforce Dashboards; Tableau is a plus).
- Strong communication and prioritization skills across stakeholders and functions.
- Fluency in English and good command of German (minimum B1/B2 level).
