The Role 

As a Junior HR Generalist you will act as the main point of contact for local employees in Sibiu and a bridge for the entire HR team in Timisoara, supporting different HR related processes, events, collaborations etc. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Alignment and coordination with entire Timișoara-based HR team from the Romanian head office for support activities & ensuring the compliance of HR related policies, procedures, and internal guidelines 
• Act as local support for employees in the Sibiu office and contribute with ideas for improving internal communication or employee experience 
• Take lead on local employer branding activities, including social media content and external events like university events/ career fairs
• Coordinate internal well-being initiatives and support training sessions occasionally 
• Perform general administrative and office coordination tasks to support daily operations in the Sibiu office 

Key Requirements 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field
• Ideally 1–2 years of HR experience, including internships or junior roles across different HR functions
• Basic knowledge of Romanian labor law and HR practices
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, well-organized
• Adaptable, solution-oriented, and able to work independently
• Availability to be daily in the office
