The Role
We are seeking a Salesforce specialist to act as the primary contact within Revenue Operations, ensuring sales workflows run effectively while providing first-level support, training, and guidance to drive user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Primary Support Contact: Act as the primary Salesforce point of contact within the Revenue Operations team, ensuring the platform supports sales workflows effectively
- User Enablement & Support: Provide first-level Salesforce support for the commercial organization; train and guide users to ensure effective adoption of tools and processes
- Process Optimization: Analyze and improve end-to-end sales workflows (lead management, opportunity stages, account management) in line with business needs
- Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain dashboards and reports that help track KPIs such as pipeline creation, activity metrics, forecasting accuracy etc
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, Revenue Operations, Organization Development, Sales, Marketing to gather requirements and implement Salesforce enhancements
- System Enhancements & Testing: Support development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce enhancements, ensuring alignment with RevOps priorities
- Documentation & Governance: Maintain process documentation, best practices, and guidelines for data management and Salesforce usage
Key Requirements
- 5–7 years of Salesforce administration or key user experience (Salesforce certification required), preferably within a sales or revenue operations environment
- Strong understanding of sales processes (lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, territory management)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, reporting, dashboards, and data governance
- Familiarity with GTM tools (e.g., Outreach, Sales Navigator) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and recommend scalable solutions
- Excellent communication skills; able to train and support users at different levels of seniority
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into process/system improvements
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and global environment.
