The Role
You will be the strategic partner for our customers in the DACH region, driving the adoption of our software and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. With a strong focus on collaboration, KPIs, and growth opportunities, you help unlock the full value of our solutions and strengthen customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- You are the main point of contact for your cross-industry customer portfolio in the DACH region and proactively drive software adoption and goal achievement to improve our renewal rates.
- You communicate daily with decision-makers, key stakeholders, and users of our software and document these interactions in our CRM system.
- You plan, lead, and moderate QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and other regular meetings, analyze KPIs, and derive concrete recommendations and optimization opportunities for your customers.
- Through regular engagement, you identify new sales opportunities and hand over qualified leads to our sales team.
- You work closely with Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales, and our Professional Services teams.
- You actively contribute to the development of Customer Success Management by enhancing playbooks and processes, sharing best practices, and coaching junior colleagues to strengthen team capabilities.
Key Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in SaaS-specific Customer Success Management, Account Management, or IT consulting – ideally in the area of Workforce Management
- University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or extensive practical expertise in HR/Workforce Management
- Strong customer orientation, initiative, quick comprehension, and the ability to drive execution
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English
- Very good MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word; Excel is a plus). Experience in implementing complex IT systems and project management certifications are a plus
- Project management experience or certifications are considered an asset
