The Role 

As a Junior Account Manager – Existing Customers (m/f/d), you will manage a portfolio of small accounts and act as the first point of contact for our SMB clients. You’ll support existing customers with renewals, hardware purchases, and daily requests, while ensuring smooth processes in Salesforce. The position offers direct client responsibility from day one and the opportunity to gradually grow into larger accounts.


Key Responsibilities
 

  • Be the first point of contact for SMB clients on all hardware-related topics and ensure smooth handling of their requests
  • Manage and develop existing small accounts independently – from license extensions to hardware purchases – using sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC, SPIN) to drive your own deals and forecast your pipeline
  • Act as a trusted advisor in our customers’ cloud transformation journey and support them on their path to cloud migration
  • Maintain Salesforce data and manage campaign responses, downloads, and account information to keep everything up to date
  • Identify accounts with larger growth potential and seamlessly hand them over to senior Account Managers
  • Contribute to sales enablement by sharing best practices and taking ownership of internal sales materials


Key Requirements
 

  • Completed degree or education (Bachelor or Apprenticeship in relevant area)
  • First B2B sales exeprience (e.g., SDR, BDR, or internship/working student role)
  • Strong communication skills and curiosity to understand customer needs and turn them into solutions
  • Proactive, structured, and hands-on mindset with the drive to own deals and grow quickly in account management
  • Business-fluent in German and English
