As Senior HR Business Partner Sales, you will act as the trusted advisor to our CRO and Sales Leadership Team, driving strategic people initiatives that enable the Sales organization to achieve its growth ambitions. You will strengthen leadership capability, ensure the development and retention of top talent, and foster a high-performance culture that drives Sales excellence and sustainable success.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Partnership & Leadership Support
- Act as the first point of contact for the CRO and Sales Leadership Team on all people-related topics.
- Participate actively in Sales Leadership meetings with relevant HR insights and initiatives.
- Provide leadership coaching to Sales managers and ensure alignment with company standards and values.
- Talent Development & Retention
- Partner with leaders to develop and retain top talent in the Sales organization.
- Facilitate succession planning and ensure critical roles have strong internal successors.
- Manage probation periods proactively and support decisions that build long-term team strength.
- Workforce Planning & Organizational Design
- Partner with Controlling and Recruiting to align workforce planning with business objectives.
- Support the creation of optimal Sales capacity to achieve growth targets.
- Employee Experience & Engagement
- Drive initiatives to improve engagement and employee experience within the Sales organization.
- Develop solutions to address feedback from engagement surveys and other listening tools.
- HR Processes & Compliance
- Ensure consistent execution of HR processes such as performance reviews, promotions, and compensation cycles.
- Continuously improve HR processes, systems, and tools within the Sales context.
- Change & Culture
- Act as a trusted partner in organizational change and transformation projects.
- Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
