The Role
As Social Media Manager, you will join the ATOSS content team with the mission to architect and advance a dynamic, data-driven social media presence that elevates ATOSS’s brand story, engages key audiences, and drives measurable impact across platforms. Social media responsibilities have previously been distributed across various teams; with this dedicated role, you will be uniquely positioned to define and develop the end-to-end social media strategy. You will collaborate closely with internal communications and employer branding to amplify our culture and achievements, and partner with the digital team to align on paid media initiatives that maximize reach and conversion. This position is based in Munich and follows a hybrid work model, combining on-site and remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, including an editorial calendar and messaging tailored to diverse audiences.
- Develop and continually optimize content plans that drive engagement, maximize reach, and ensure a consistent brand voice across all social channels.
- Lead hands-on creation and curation of multimedia social content, with a strong focus on video, dynamic campaigns, and storytelling.
- Manage industry review sites (e.g., G2, Capterra) to enhance ATOSS’s visibility, support employer branding, and positively impact SEO.
- Ensure all social media activities and content adhere to brand, tone, and regulatory guidelines while leveraging insights for ongoing improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal communications, employer branding, and the digital team to integrate social strategy with paid media, employee engagement, and company-wide campaigns.
- Develop and empower internal brand ambassadors, encouraging employees to share company stories and amplify ATOSS’s reach across digital channels.
- Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media activities, translating insights into actionable recommendations and continuous strategy refinement.
Key Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, ideally within B2B, tech, or SaaS environments.
- Proven track record in developing and executing multi-platform social media campaigns, including strong use of video and dynamic content formats.
- Agile, curious, and proactive mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly, experiment, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong AI literacy, with practical experience using AI-powered tools for rapid content development, trend analysis, and generating creative social media concepts.
- Native-level proficiency in German and fluent (C1/C2) English communication skills.
