The Role 

In this role, you will work closely with our People Development team and various stakeholders to create impactful learning and feel-good initiatives.

Key Responsibilities 

• Preparing new employees’ first working day (Newbies Day) and onboarding journey to ensure a smooth and welcoming start
• Maintaining and managing the Learning Management System (SuccessFactors Learning)
• Shaping our People Experience: Contributing to and independently driving forward feel-good initiatives such as health and wellbeing programs and anniversary celebrations
• Organizing internal and external training sessions, including communication with trainers, participants and managers
• Supporting Learning & Development projects while contributing your own ideas
• Assisting in daily operational tasks
  
  

Key Requirements 

• Enrollment in an HR-oriented study program or a related field
• Ideally, initial practical experience in People Development
• A high degree of independence, quick comprehension skills, and a structured and reliable way of working
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluent in both written and spoken German and English
