Key Responsibilities 

• Design and execute quality assurance strategies for cross-functional agile teams.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to turn requirements into clear test plans and quality measures.
• Test of new features, establishing functionality and effectiveness of our software product.
• Create and improve several types and levels of automated tests (regression, API, integration, system, performance, security) for Cloud and OnPrem products.
• Foster a test-driven development culture and drive efforts that improve and extend test coverage.
• Identify, report, follow and validate the software non-conformities (software bugs); Perform root cause analyze.
• Collaborate with our team of expert in Timișoara and Munich
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in quality assurance. 

Key Requirements 

• University degree in Computer Science, in a related field, or comparable education.
• Advanced knowledge of software quality assurance processes and software development processes
• Relevant experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies in a cloud environment.
• Knowledge of HR or ERP software represent an advantage.
• Conversational English skills. German skills represent an advantage.
