The Role
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for the full end-to-end recruitment process across multiple business areas, with a strong focus on technical hiring. Further responsibilities include:
- Act as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights, aligning on role requirements, and driving effective hiring decisions.
- Proactively source and engage top talent through multiple channels, including direct search, talent pools, and networking.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and a smooth process from first contact to offer stage.
- Conduct structured screenings and interviews, assess candidate fit, and guide stakeholders in evaluation and decision-making.
- Coordinate and manage the offer and closing process, including negotiation and preboarding steps.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, fostering trust, transparency, and efficient collaboration.
- Use data, insights, and recruiting metrics to optimize processes and continuously improve hiring quality and speed.
- Represent the company’s employer brand in the market and act as an ambassador in interactions with candidates and partners.
Requirements
Professional Experience & Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum 5 years of end-to-end recruiting experience, ideally in an inhouse or fastgrowing tech environment.
- Proven track record in tech recruiting, ideally sourcing and hiring for roles such as software engineers, technical consultants, product/IT specialists, or similar profiles.
- Experience recruiting for non-technical roles as well (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Success).
Recruiting Skill Set
- Demonstrated ability to run the full recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, stakeholder alignment, feedback management, offer process, and closing.
- Strong sourcing expertise across multiple channels (LinkedIn, direct search, referrals, talent pools).
- Skilled in managing multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent command of tools and systems used in modern recruiting (ATS, sourcing tools, analytics).
Stakeholder & Communication Skills
- Strong capability to act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders.
- Ability to challenge, consult, and guide stakeholders with market insights and data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to create a positive and consistent candidate experience.
Competencies & Personal Attributes
- Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational needs.
- High sense of ownership, accountability, and solution orientation.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
