The Role
As Head of HR Systems & Culture & Organisational Development, you are the strategic and operational driver making HR future-ready at ATOSS. Collaborating closely with the Digital Strategy & Transformation Department, C-Levels and the global HR leadership team, you act as a sparring partner to design, optimize, and implement innovative HR processes and digital solutions across all HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as a driving force for the development of corporate culture, organizational structure, and new ways of working to promote business success. Support the Chief People Officer in defining and executing the HR strategy, ensuring the digital roadmap for HR aligns with business objectives.
- Collaborating with C-Level and HR team leads to develop new concepts, optimize processes, and support organizational transformation across all functions: Talent Acquisition, People Partnering, Learning & Development, Employee Experience.
- Oversee and continuously enhance the HR IT landscape, including SAP SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, and Qualtrics, ensuring seamless system integration and data consistency.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation and provide ongoing training for all digital HR processes and tools to empower HR and relevant stakeholders.
- Lead a team of dedicated HR digital experts, building and reinforcing the digital backbone of the ATOSS HR team.
- Promote digital adoption and foster a culture of change and inclusion within HR and across the business.
Key Requirements
- Master’s degree and extensive hands-on experience managing complex HR transformation projects, ideally in an international environment.
- Proven track record in digital HR, process management, organizational development, and leadership of project teams.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
- Solid technical understanding of HR systems, driving digital HR transformation; certifications in key HRIT systems are a plus.
- Expertise in stakeholder management, advising and challenging senior leadership, with excellent communication and influence skills.
- Passion for change management and fostering digital adoption.
- Adaptability, growth mindset, and commitment to continuous learning.
- Fluent in English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
