The Role
As an Internal Communications & Employer Branding Manager, you will have a central impact on our internal communications and employer brand presence across key channels, leveraging strategic planning and hands-on content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage our employer branding channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Kununu, careers page) and continuously develop them in close collaboration with our Marketing team
- Identify, plan and manage paid media opportunities and awards to increase our visibility as an employer
- Create engaging content for social media and internal channels – from posts and videos to clear, compelling copy
- Design and implement employer branding campaigns for key roles and target groups, as well as for broader awareness of our employer brand
- Develop and distribute internal newsletters and intranet content that inform, align and engage our employees
- Manage our global CSR program and plan, coordinate and host CSR events and initiatives
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in Communications, Content and/or Employer Branding
- Experience in a PR/creative agency or start-up; ideally complemented by exposure to a corporate environment
- Proven track record in using social media for employer branding, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram
- Strong conceptual and editorial skills, combined with a hands-on approach to content creation (including video)
- Agile, proactive working style and a high level of creativity
- Strong interest in technology and software products
- Excellent English and German skills
This role is based in Munich and follows a hybrid work model (at least 50% in the office), combining regular in-person collaboration with flexible remote work.
