The Role 

In this role, you will drive the technical integration of terminal hardware into our software for diverse customers, take ownership of key projects and informally coordinate within the team – if you enjoy responsibility and shaping solutions, we’d be excited to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Exciting projects in the area of technical integration of terminal hardware to our software
  • Varied tasks in all sectors, from SMEs and DAX companies to international corporations
  • Responsibility for the planning, requirements analysis and implementation of challenging customer projects
  • Advice on technical issues and application problems
  • Independent project and schedule planning in an extremely collegial and motivated team
  • A working day without routine
  • Regular assignments with our customers - remotely


Key Requirements
 

  • Ideally completed studies in a technical or scientific field
  • Technical affinity, experience in the field of computer networks
  • Experience in and enjoyment of direct customer contact, ideally in an advisory capacity
  • Troubleshooting experience
  • Fluency in German and very good English skills
  • High sense of ownership and reliability in coordinating tasks within the team
  • Ability to informally guide colleagues on a technical level and support decision-making with well-founded recommendations
