The Role

This role combines advanced technical support with project-based system configuration and integration. You would troubleshoot complex customer issues, document solutions, and act as the link between users and development. It also involves planning and delivering technical integration projects for customers ranging from SMEs to international companies.

Your Tasks: 

Troubleshooting:

• Provide our existing customers and partners with highly professional technical and specialist support
• Document, analyze and process complex customer problems and requests
• Develop and test appropriate solutions
• Be the interface between users and development

Configuration & project management:

• Exciting projects in the area of technical integration of terminal hardware to our software
• Varied tasks in all sectors, from SMEs and DAX companies to international corporations
• Responsibility for the planning, requirements analysis and implementation of challenging customer projects
• Advice on technical issues and application problems
• Independent project and schedule planning in an extremely collegial and motivated team
• A working day without routine
• Regular assignments with our customers - remotely

Your Skills: 

• Ideally Completed studies - in the technical or scientific field
• Technical affinity, experience in the field of computer network
• Experience in and enjoyment of direct customer contact, ideally in an advisory capacity
• Troubleshooting experience: Willingness to research complex software and IT systems
• Fluent German and very good English skills
• Ability to communicate with different user groups (IT, HR)
• You work effectively and can set priorities
• 3-5 years of professional experience in Microsoft Windows
• Environment (Linux/Unix is an advantage)
