We don’t just equip you for work—we prepare you for life.
The Role
As part of our ambition to become an AI-first organization, we are expanding our internal AI capabilities to transform how we operate at scale. We are building, deploying, and operating production-grade AI workflows and data pipelines on enterprise AI platforms such as Langdock, Glean, and Microsoft Copilot—turning AI from isolated experiments into dependable, business-critical capabilities.
We are looking for an AI & Integration Engineer (m/f/d), Member of Technical Staff, who combines strong software engineering expertise with a deep understanding of AI platforms, integrations, and data workflows. You are equally comfortable writing production code, designing robust data pipelines, and extending enterprise AI platforms—taking AI use cases from concept through to stable, scalable production solutions.
Working Model
ATOSS follows a hybrid work model with 50% office attendance. During the first six months, new team members are expected to work from the office (Whitefield, ITPL) daily to support onboarding, collaboration, and learning, while getting up to speed with ATOSS, our ways of working, and our AI roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and operate production-grade AI workflows and supporting data pipelines, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, reusable, and maintainable.
- Integrate AI capabilities into internal systems, knowledge sources, and business processes, leveraging platforms such as Langdock, Glean, Microsoft Copilot, and Salesforce Agentforce.
- Configure, extend, and connect enterprise AI platforms to internal data, applications, and workflows, making thoughtful decisions between platform-based and custom-engineered approaches.
- Establish monitoring, evaluation, and observability practices for AI solutions in production, tracking measurable outcomes through clearly defined operational and business KPIs.
- Continuously analyze solution performance, adoption, and user feedback to drive ongoing optimization and improvement.
- Partner closely with fellow AI & Integration Engineers and business stakeholders to translate high-value use cases into production-ready solutions, following shared architecture principles and reusable engineering standards.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical discipline
- 3–8 years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, AI/ML Engineering, or a comparable field, with a proven track record of building and operating production systems
- Strong software engineering and coding capabilities, ideally with Python
- Hands-on experience with modern AI technologies, including LLM and agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar
- Solid understanding of data pipelines, API-driven integrations, and distributed system architectures
- Experience configuring, extending, or building on enterprise AI and knowledge platforms
- Familiarity with monitoring, observability, evaluation, and operational excellence for production environments
- Ability to balance platform-based solutions with custom engineering approaches, making pragmatic technology decisions based on business needs
- Results-oriented, hands-on mindset with a focus on delivering scalable, reliable solutions that create measurable business impact
What Matters to You
- You want to apply AI where it creates real, measurable business value
- You think in workflows and data, not just isolated features
- You enjoy hands-on delivery and getting solutions into the hands of real users quickly
- You're comfortable working with both off-the-shelf enterprise AI platforms and custom-built systems
Why This Opportunity
You will be at the center of ATOSS' AI transformation. Combining software engineering, data, integrations, and enterprise AI platforms, you will solve real operational challenges and take ownership of solutions from concept through production.
