With 20 years of record breaking growth, over €2 billion market cap, and listings in SDAX and TecDAX, we’re scaling globally and we’re growing.

If you’re ready to drive impact in a high-performing B2B SaaS environment, this is your chance to elevate your career.

Challenge the status quo – bringing fresh ideas and bold execution to the table.
Thrive in change – seeing growth as a lifelong journey, both professionally and personally.

We don’t just equip you for work—we prepare you for life.

The Role: As a Customer Success Professional (m/f/d), you own a portfolio of SMB customers across the DACH region and act as a strategic advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, driving adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. By leveraging data-driven insights and strong stakeholder management, you help customers maximize the value of their ATOSS solution while contributing to the continuous evolution of our Customer Success organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • You independently manage a cross-industry SMB customer portfolio across the DACH region, with a focus on our ATOSS Time Control (ATC) solution, and prioritize customer engagement based on potential, risk, and customer health.
  • As a strategic advisor to decision-makers, key stakeholders, and end users, you build long-term customer relationships and drive adoption, value realization, customer satisfaction, and renewals.
  • You plan and facilitate Customer Success Reviews and other customer engagements, document relevant activities in the CRM system, and maintain a clear overview even when managing multiple topics simultaneously.
  • Using usage data, KPIs, customer health indicators, and customer feedback, you identify opportunities and risks at an early stage and derive appropriate actions to increase adoption, retention, and renewal likelihood.
  • You manage critical customer situations, coordinate internal stakeholders, and ensure clear ownership, accountability, and consistent follow-up.
  • You identify cross-sell, upsell, and expansion opportunities, qualify them based on customer value, and hand them over to the Sales team in a structured manner.
  • Working closely with Sales, Professional Services, Support, Product Management, and Product Marketing, you represent the customer perspective and actively contribute to the further development of our SMB Customer Success approach, processes, playbooks, and data-driven engagement models.

Key Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience in SaaS Customer Success Management, Account Management, or IT Consulting; experience in Workforce Management or HR software is a strong advantage.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification gained through relevant practical experience.
  • Proven success in independently managing larger customer portfolios and driving improvements in adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
  • Strong customer focus, entrepreneurial mindset, high level of initiative, and the ability to effectively prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent topics.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills in both German and English, including interactions with executive-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • A structured, data-driven working style with the ability to effectively manage customer information, usage data, and CRM systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Word; experience with CRM systems, complex IT solution implementations, or project management certifications is a plus.
