Role Summary

The Team Lead RevOrg Data Analytics oversees the RevOrg Data Analyst team and owns the strategic, operational, and people‑leadership aspects of revenue analytics. This role ensures data‑driven decision‑making across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Enablement, while building scalable analytics frameworks that support predictable revenue growth.

This profile builds logically on the senior analyst role, adding leadership, governance ownership, and cross‑functional orchestration.

What This Role Owns:

  • Leadership, coaching, and development of the RevOrg Analyst team.
  • Strategic design of all RevOrg KPIs, dashboards, performance frameworks.
  • Governance of forecasting, attribution models, productivity analytics.
  • Executive‑ready reporting and insights for GTM leadership.
  • Data standards, data quality initiatives, and cross‑team alignment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and grow the RevOrg Analyst team.
  • Define analytical standards and ensure consistently high‑quality deliverables.
  • Prioritize workloads and manage cross‑functional requests effectively.

2. Strategic Revenue Analytics Ownership

  • Own and evolve all revenue KPIs, dashboards, and definitions across GTM teams.
  • Guide forecasting, scoring, attribution, and productivity analytics.
  • Deliver executive‑ready insight summaries and recommendations.

3. Cross‑Functional Alignment

  • Collaborate with Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, CS Ops, RevOps, CRM, and Enablement to align on data structures, metrics, and reporting.
  • Ensure consistent definitions and a unified source of truth across all GTM functions.

4. Data Quality & Governance Leadership

  • Co‑own data governance frameworks, including field definitions and data standards.
  • Drive data quality programs and ensure strong pipeline hygiene and process compliance.

5. Analytical Excellence & Technical Direction

  • Ensure robust methodologies for modeling, attribution, forecasting, and visualization.
  • Partner with Data Engineering and CRM teams to improve data pipelines and system foundations.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–7+ years in data analytics within B2B SaaS; experience in RevOps or GTM analytics strongly preferred.
  • Prior team leadership or mentorship experience.
  • Mastery of SQL; strong Python/R; advanced proficiency in data visualization.
  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders and communicate with executives.

Preferred Background

  • Experience working in RevOps or Revenue Strategy teams
  • Experience scaling analytics teams in a growing SaaS environment
  • Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD)
