Hensoldt goes for ATOSS solution

HENSOLD, the sensor solution provider has now opted for digital workforce management as a cloud-based solution. Within the context of an HR digitalization project, the company will be implementing the ATOSS Staff Efficiency Suite as a cloud solution. Thanks to the seamless integration into existing systems, the HR processes will be consistently optimized, and administrative input reduced to a minimum. In future, by way of intuitive self-services the workforce of around 4,000 employees will be integrated into time and attendance management. The implementation of the workforce management solution is scheduled for completion by the beginning of 2020.

Hensoldt is a globally active technology and innovation pioneer in the area of defense and security technology. The company is headquartered in Taufkirchen, near Munich, and is maintaining some 25 additional national and international locations. The ATOSS solution impressed with its comprehensive functionality, browser based, high-end technology and innovative self-services. 

The ATOSS solution is being rolled out in its complete entirety for all ten locations in Germany, while the representations in South Africa are scheduled to follow. Specific interfaces are in place to link up to the payroll solution of our partner SD Worx and the Workday HR Core System by way of single-sign-on. The standard version fully reflects the relevant collectively agreed regulations as well as complex company regulations – and all this across several Federal States, as well. Thanks to the innovative and intuitive Staff Center, employees have access to all information and processes relevant for their working hours, any time, any place. Every bit as simple as a personal app, and absolutely no training required. By way of the task management module, proactive warnings are issued to the respective stakeholders, as in the case of forgotten date and time stamping, the impending overrun of maximum working hours, or also reminders of employee birthdays.
