Long-term succession plan ensures continuity: Pritim Kumar Krishnamoorthy designated as future CEO to drive next phase of innovation with a focus on AI
ATOSS Software SE is putting in place its future leadership structure at an early stage: Andreas Obereder, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, intends to transition from the Management Board to the Supervisory Board of the company at the end of 2026.
The Supervisory Board plans to appoint Pritim Kumar Krishnamoorthy, currently Chief Operating Officer (COO), as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with effect from the same date.
This step ensures continuity through a long-term succession plan and provides the foundation for continued profitable growth and strong earnings performance in the next phase of the company’s development. Andreas Obereder has shaped the company over decades and built ATOSS into a leading provider of workforce management solutions. In his future role on the Supervisory Board, he will continue to actively support the company’s strategic development and contribute his long-term strategic business perspective in line with ATOSS’ vision.
The planned leadership transition was announced at the Annual General Meeting on April 30, 2026, where ATOSS also reported its 20th consecutive record year.
Pritim Kumar Krishnamoorthy, currently Chief Operating Officer (COO) at ATOSS Software SE, has been with the company since 2020. He has played a key role in advancing the transformation towards cloud-based business models, driving international expansion, and further developing both the product portfolio and consulting business.
“Pritim Kumar Krishnamoorthy is a strong strategic and operational leader who will consistently advance our strategic direction and drive important developments, particularly in the field of artificial intelligence. The strong demand for cloud-based solutions and AI highlights how central these technologies are to the future of the economy — and how closely interconnected they are. I am convinced that he will further strengthen our capacity for innovation and successfully shape the next phase of growth,” said Andreas Obereder.
“Our early succession plan ensures stability and continuity in the company’s leadership. ATOSS is well positioned to continue its successful growth trajectory in the future,” said Moritz Zimmermann, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ATOSS Software SE.
The transition process has already begun and will take place over an extended period. Andreas Obereder and Pritim Kumar Krishnamoorthy are jointly shaping this process to ensure continuity in leadership and a seamless handover.
From 2027 onwards, the Management Board is intended to consist of Pritim Kumar Krishnamoorthy as CEO and Christof Leiber as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Christof Leiber, who has been with ATOSS since 1999, provides additional continuity and reliability in the company’s financial management. He has played a key role in shaping the company’s profitable growth over many years. His close and trusted collaboration with Pritim Kumar Krishnamoorthy has already proven to be an important success factor in recent years.
“Pritim and I will continue to ensure the financial management and stability of ATOSS, thereby creating the foundation to sustain our profitable growth trajectory. I look forward to continuing our collaboration on the Management Board,” said Christof Leiber, CFO, ATOSS Software SE.
